Love a good salad? Limited space for growing food at home? This workshop will cover growing and harvesting various lettuces and salad greens in containers. We will discuss leaf and head lettuces as well as other salad-complimentary greens like spinach, arugula, mizuna and MORE! You will build and take home a container brimming with salad potential curated from expertly selected leafy greens for our climate. The knowledge you come away with can later be applied to larger containers, or raised or ground beds when you’re ready to increase your yield.
