Tickets are only valid for the specific date noted on the reservation. Tickets can be scanned directly from your smartphone or from a paper copy printed at home.
Garden Members: Please "Sign In" to your account in order to receive your FREE Timed-Entry-Ticket. Members must register on this website prior to placing items in their cart. If you have not yet registered, click the "Register" link in the upper right corner and register with the SAME email address that you provided when becoming a member. Once registered and signed in, the membership perks will be applied automatically at checkout and will appear in your cart.
Members are welcome to reserve as many tickets as they would like, however, the number of FREE reserved tickets per transaction varies based on your membership.
- Individual members receive 1 FREE adult ticket.
- Garden Family members receive 2 FREE adult tickets and FREE children tickets.
- Garden Family & Friends and Garden Patron Level members receive a total of 6 FREE tickets.
NBG Member's carts will reflect $0.00 prior to finalizing your reservation.
