The Mobility Shuttle runs once every evening for guests with limited mobility and their group to enjoy a scenic ride through our Dominion Energy Garden of Lights. Arrival time to Norfolk Botanical Garden for our Mobility Shuttle is 4:45PM, with boarding at 5:00PM and a prompt 5:15PM departure.

• If you and your guests are not seated on the shuttle by the 5:15 departure time, we are unable to wait for your party. The shuttle departs promptly at 5:15PM. There are no refunds.
• The Mobility Shuttle takes about 25 minutes to drive through our Dominion Garden of Lights.
• Bathrooms and water fountains are located inside Baker Hall, beside the Gift Shop, and available for use before exiting the back of Baker Hall to board the Mobility Shuttle.
• Food and beverage will be available for purchase near where we board guests for our Mobility Shuttle. Menus will be posted online soon.
• The Mobility Shuttle is covered, but open to the elements. Please dress for the weather; we operate the Mobility Shuttle in rain or shine.
• Any guests age 3 and up must purchase a ticket. Infants/Toddlers (0-2) do not need a ticket, but must sit on their adult's lap and cannot occupy a seat. 
• Seating on our Mobility Shuttle is thoughtfully assigned. If you are booking tickets separately and wish to be seated near or next to another guest or group, please let us know as soon as possible; otherwise, they might not be seated next to you. Seating arrangements also depend on group size and the needs of any guests using wheelchairs on board. Please email our Visitor Services Team at VS_Supervisors@nbgs.org to request seats near another guest or group.
• After the Mobility Shuttle drives through the lights, it drops all guests off in front of Baker Hall. Guests can browse the NBG Gift Shop, purchase a membership, or use the restroom before heading back to their car. The NBG Gift Shop closes at 8:15PM on Value Nights and 9:15PM on Popular Nights.
• These tickets are for the Mobility Shuttle only and do not include walk-through access or re-entry to the Dominion Energy Garden of Lights. If you would like to walk through our Dominion Energy Garden of Lights after riding our Mobility Shuttle, please purchase additional tickets here.
• Please visit our website for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), including our rescheduling policy. Email VS_Supervisors@nbgs.org or call 757-441-5830 at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your tickets. We can reschedule your tickets to any other available evening.

NBG Members: Please Sign In to your account to receive your member discount on tickets. Members must register on this website before placing items in their cart. If you have not yet registered, click the Create account link at the top of your screen and register with the SAME email address that you provided when becoming a member. Once registered and signed in, add the NBG Member tickets to your cart, and your discount will be applied on the next page at checkout.

Members may purchase as many tickets as they would like; however, the number of discounted tickets per transaction varies by membership level.

• Garden Individual members receive a discount on 1 ticket.
• Garden Family, Garden Family & Friends, Garden Family & Friends+, and Garden Patron Level members receive a discount on a total of 6 tickets.

Norfolk Botanical Garden is hosting another food drive to benefit the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore! Bring your items with you when entering Baker Hall Visitor Center and drop them off before beginning your walk through 1.5 million twinkling lights. Boxes will be set up right near the ticket scanning tables for convenience. Visiting the Dominion Energy Garden of Lights multiple times? We are accepting donations from November 6, 2026, all the way through January 3, 2027. Please see the attached shopping list for recommendations, as more than just food is accepted!

• NBG Members Only Weekend: NBG Members get an entire weekend to experience the magic of our Dominion Energy Garden of Lights before it opens to the public!
• Barks & Bulbs: Dogs are welcome every Sunday and NEW! Wednesday during our Fall/Winter season!
• Value Nights: Discounted tickets and smaller crowds make these nights the perfect choice for a relaxing and affordable outing.
• Popular Nights: Expect high visitation. As the title implies, these nights are very popular!
• Volunteer Appreciation Night: Thank you to our amazing volunteers who help keep all 175 acres of the Garden beautiful and thriving!
• Pride Night: Join local community vendors and NBG to celebrate our commitment to being a garden for all.  
• NEW! Family Pajama Nights: Put on your comfy PJs and enjoy a cozy stroll through the lights.

Tickets are non-refundable. City of Norfolk Admission tax is not included in the ticket pricing.
